Everyone I've met here is hardworking and there is no drama. Qualifying for a spot here is no easy task and they are serious about inspections. If I could offer any advice, it would be to try and try again, because it is worth it. This program helps you move to homeownership and you receive money from your rent that goes towards your first home. With rent prices on the rise, this is a major plus. If you take advantage of all the educational resources they offer, it could be a great help as you work toward financial freedom. As long as you follow the rules, you will do well.
