The location makes the price worth it Always quiet and peaceful neighbors keep to themselves and no traffic on the entry street Super close to the airport and restaurants

	COLLEGE TRACE APTS (3.2/5) (850) 478 - 4889 813 BLOODWORTH LN , PENSACOLA , FL 32504 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted total apartment units: 112, assisted housing category: subsidized - previously insured, contract term: 240 months, hfda/8 nc , between 101% & 120% fmr, 1bed Amelia Richards (3.6/5) Drove through looking at the area for moving purposes , was immediately turned away by the lack of parental guidance. Children running around, running in front of cars, defacing buildings etc. As I left , three African A Drove through looking at the area for moving purposes , was immediately turned away by the lack of parental guidance. Cindy, Terrill, and Ken keep this place in tip top shape, they go above and beyond for the residents and they are very loved by my mom! The residents all look out for each other, get together regularly for great activities and they seem to be one big happy family here!
