Wont even answer the phone so if you have a work order or a complaint. All 4 yrs hasnt been bad but the neighbors that stay above me now has been the rudest. Her family like to drop the childs off @ her apartment and they play throughout the entire apartment. Jumping off sofa chair and bed on too the floor, all types of morning arguments. I spend more time at my girlfriends house just to get away from the madness. They just moved in last summer and they have been the worst of worse. Ive been trying to get front office to repair this water damage ceil in my kitchen since Oct. 2021, even tried to show it to the new manager. I waited two days for them to repair it, but when they were done, there was a hole with wires exposed. It still hasn't been fixed. 3. The shower has been leaking since 8 am. They came to "fix" it yesterday, but all they did was patch it up. I asked them to replace the knobs, but they refused, and now the water is still running. 4. Whenever you go to the office, you don't even get a hello, it's as if you're a nuisance for asking them to repair their property.
