The complex has been no help here. They have only one maintenance worker so be prepared to wait for three months to get your washer machine fixed. I talked to four other individuals living here who have the same cockroach problem, and I am very careful about cleanliness. You can call the office six times and you won't get any response; there is no staff at the site. The staff is at some other complex since they are unable to find anyone to work here. I don't like complaining but this place is terrible. They are fraudulent and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lawn is mowed once a month.
