Im entering my 3rd year at eagle ridge and like any apartment not everything is perfect I will say that any issues have always been handled quickly and professionally Lindsey and Bailey are great to deal with and Ken and Jonathon maintenance crew hav Im entering my 3rd year at eagle ridge and like any apartment not everything is perfect I will say that any issues have always been handled quickly and professionally Lindsey and Bailey are great to deal with and Ken and Jonathon maintenance crew have always been polite and quick with services I dont know her name shame on me but the housekeeper for the common areas and such works extremely hard and is always very polite The current staff here are pretty on top of things and always happy to help more ... hide ...

Ive lived at Eagle Ridge for almost 5 years now In my opinion this is probably one of the best Apartment complexes in Colorado Springs The location is amazing you can walk to stores restaurants gym trails or just walk around the beautiful and quiet n Ive lived at Eagle Ridge for almost 5 years now In my opinion this is probably one of the best Apartment complexes in Colorado Springs The location is amazing you can walk to stores restaurants gym trails or just walk around the beautiful and quiet neighborhood for fun Bike trails hiking trails walking paths and mountains are all extremely close The area can get a little busy around peak times but its not too bad The Apartments themselves are great and spacious not the newest but Weidner keeps them nice People are nice and respectful overall and the staff are AMAZING Overall they are not the newest Apartments in the Springs but the location makes these apartments worth it for people who like to be outside more ... hide ...

My Husband and I just moved here a week ago and so far We love the Complex Friendly Neighbors Beautiful views and nature Lindsey and Bailey made our WHOLE Relocation from California to Colorado amazing Thank You both again so much
