Paying over $1500 for a one bedroom to look at peoples dumped furniture and it never being picked up is also another frustration. I pay $25 a month for Valet trash that Ive never used and another $10 a month for regular trash and things cant be taken away? Highly suggest that any future tenant should look elsewhere before deciding to live here...I do not have the time to keep calling and asking for required documents as I work long hours.
