The staff here are nice and professional and maintenance is always prompt. However, when it came time to renew our lease, they attempted to raise the rent by 38%. We were ready to move because there was no way we were going to pay that much more. How The staff here are nice and professional and maintenance is always prompt. However, when it came time to renew our lease, they attempted to raise the rent by 38%. We were ready to move because there was no way we were going to pay that much more. However, they then chose to work with us and lowered the rent so that it only increased by $100 instead of $500. Let me be clear, I am thankful that we were able to work something out, but I want people to know what they may face if they move here. more ... hide ...
