It takes over 3 months to get anything repaired. The property manager enters your unit whenever she wants without notice. The plumbing in the building is terrible, and she refuses to fix. My apartment flooded 1/2021, it still hasnt be fully repaired. If she fixes anything she will charge the tenant. The people she has been renting to obviously has huge ethics issues, its become the middle east, they harass other tenants and throw trash around the property. The garbage bins are ALWAYS full so it makes it hard for you to discard trash. They fight over parking spaces. A gross place to live, dying to move out. BEWARE!!! DO NOT RENT HERE more ... hide ...
