I rented here for 10 years If you are transient or short term renter youll be ok The tenants who are solid are the ones who get shafted They refuse to repaint or replace flooring There were always 56 on the maintenance team When l left there were I rented here for 10 years If you are transient or short term renter youll be ok The tenants who are solid are the ones who get shafted They refuse to repaint or replace flooring There were always 56 on the maintenance team When l left there were two They used to have a great team running the officebusiness end Since new property owners took over the place was horrible They were offering discounts on rent bc of covid But they didnt give it to everyone especially the seniors and low income tenants When I left my flooring was rotted so badly that I could put two fingers down into the crawl space After I took issue with the above mentioned I didnt feel safe there anymore I ended up having to move away and took first available apartment elsewhere even though my new apartment was down about ten on my list of relocating options These are my honest opinions I hope this will help you when searching for housing more ... hide ...
