However, due to the other tenants and an infestation of bedbugs and fleas that has been present for at least two years, it has been anything but. The entire building smells awful and management takes its time solving issues while disregarding tenants' rights without consulting outside authorities. As this is a state-owned complex, they should be doing better when it comes to choosing managers. I'm now in the process of suing them because my house has become afflicted with these bugs. Despite me trying to explain how serious this is (especially since I have an autistic child and toddler), the manager does not seem to take me seriously; if possible, I'd rate it lower than one star!
