Maria, who works in the office, often yells at residents who are being harassed. I saw her chasing a girl down the hall, shouting at her while she was crying. These tenants have a disability, and if one cannot work with disabilities, they should find a new job. Maria is fast to take the side of the person who constantly provokes others. I am appalled at the manipulation, bullying, and lack of good judgment that these people display. Something needs to be done soon.
