I went into the office and got her card with her contact information, which was given to my insurance agent. My insurance agent tried to contact her for two months, but still did not get a response. Today, two months after the incident, I received a bill from collections, despite never getting any prior requests for payment. I emailed her to express my frustration, but instead of apologizing she blamed me. I find it unacceptable that despite being a great tenant for two years, I am being treated like this. Nevertheless, the property itself is lovely and the maintenance department is great, but if you are in need of administrative help or prompt replies, good luck. more ... hide ...
