If an appliance stops working due to regular wear and tear, there are never any funds to replace it, and so the tenant has to be without a working appliance for months, unless a resident dies or moves out. However, if an appliance breaks due to a tenant's fault, they have to pay for a new appliance right away when they pay their rent. Dean, the previous maintenance man, had spare fridges and stoves on-site to be used in case any of the old ones in a unit stopped working.3. During this pandemic, they evicted a tenant for not being at home! The tenant told management their mother was very ill, and they did not know how much longer she would be around, yet they still paid the rent every month, even the one when they were away, and yet the corporate still went ahead and more ... hide ...
