The sliding glass door at our place was smashed out in July 1 2021 and was not changed until February of 2022. Whenever we had issues, I had to contact the proprietor of Georgetown Apartments, Sansone Group, and only about half the time was anything done. The laundry machines in the cellar were not working. I got very sick in January and February. My boyfriend went to the basement to check out a hunch and found mold. That was never taken care of after being brought to their knowledge and I still owe a $250 doctor bill because of that. And the final straw was when our condo was broken into when we were signing for our house. It was tenants from the adjoining apartment who did it. They left destruction to our place as well during the break-in. We moved out the very next day. Now, a debt collector is trying to get in touch with us because allegedly they had to replace the carpet in our apartment. We left the apartment in better condition than when we moved in. When we moved in, the carpet looked terrible and we put rugs on top of it to hide its bad state as well as to shield the carpet. They did not attempt to reach us at all and instead sent it to a debt collector. This has been a complete nightmare. I have never encountered such incompetence anywhere else I have ever leased.more ...hide ...

This aint where you to want live. First moved here very nice, but that went down hill very fast. Now theyre charging for water-&-forced cable something I will never use. Now theyre charging for water-&-forced cable something I will never use. Always sending out emails about every damn thing instead of calling, keep promising to fix that parking lot.(2 years now)-But its never going to happen. so be very careful out there. Will damage your whole front end & car. Neighbors upstairs kids constantly making noise all hours of the day & night- its about 6-8 people up there in one apt (fire hazard)-the property managers dont care its all about the money. Rent has been raised twice since Ive been here in just a year. Just dont believe anything these folk tell you about this place.more ...hide ...
