It�s for myself adult 45 and my daughter 17 years old, we have one cat he�s been fixed and chipped.. I also have a section 8 voucher from the City Of Phoenix. My only draw backs are rent increased a little too much for no additional services, blame inflation and the influx of new residents. And there is a noticeable bug/pest problem depending on your unit.
