Theres always trash on the ground and the hallways and laundry rooms are a wreck. Beer and liquor bottles strewn all over the playground. The kitchen had enough space for us to cook together without bumping into each other. The bedrooms had plenty of floor space for a king-size bed as well as walking about; meanwhile, the bathrooms were spotless and contemporary. Our favorite part about Eagle's Crest was its close proximity to the duck creek trail - only one mile away! Plus, there was a park and golf course right across from it which was perfect for summertime activities outdoors. Unfortunately we encountered a few issues such as maintenance taking weeks or months to respond to repair requests and thin walls allowing us to hear conversations from nearby apartments clearly; moreover, marijuana odors would drift into our vents due to lack of strict smoking policies in the complex. Despite these little hiccups we'd still recommend Eagle's Crest anyone searching for an apartment in Davenport outside of town center but still within a secure neighborhood. more ... hide ... In conclusion, the leasing office altered management (around 09/2016) to Heather Arey, and customer service has not improved. I have been discussing with her over many issues, which include the raccoons, too many lights being out in my building, the smell of marijuana from my neighbors, and litter scattered around, among other issues. Heather listens to my grievances, tells me that "they're tackling the problems", but the issues stay. I have given the property management enough time to settle the problems, but they decided not to.
