Many take advantage of these apartments by engaging in behaviour that violates the rules. Management needs to be more observant and begin evicting those who do not obey the regulations, so that those who follow them can have a place to live. The apartment itself is acceptable; it is the people who live here that are the problem. Just because they are in a low-income household does not excuse them from behaving inappropriately. It is ironic that these people, who are in low-income housing, can afford to spend money on fireworks. That is extremely rude, especially since my son is autistic and is having difficulty handling the constant sound of fireworks. Furthermore, some of these people claim to be disabled, yet still manage to talk to one another for hours daily, and stay outside until late at night while others are trying to sleep. I wish the management would start to pay attention to the occurrences here. My son and I are struggling yet these people, who are on government assistance, can afford fireworks?
