I had discovered bedbugs in my apartment in May and management would not give me a date for treatment until I took drastic measures. Consequently, I was forced to stay away from my apartment for the entire month of June, yet I was still charged rent. I wrote several letters asking why I was charged for June, yet communication was poor, and management even shared my confidential information with a maintenance staff member. Despite being treated unfairly, I remained courteous and professional. When I moved in, management had given me someone else's personal information.
