Justine is a great property manager who always has time to communicate with tenants to make certain matters are taken care of and Beth, her associate, is diligent and will go the extra mile to hear out any grievances and attempt to have them settled as soon as possible. Maintenance personnel are sociable and dependable. The building itself is always tidy and well taken care of. There are always plenty of tenant activities going on and it really has a homey atmosphere. Some of the unfavorable reviews I've read are totally unjustified written by inhabitants who make an effort to create issues where none exist. Fortunately those do not constitute any majority of the tenants. I've made some good friends here and most of my neighbors are friendly and supportive! Many services are available such as the off-street parking, huge common space with a big TV for WII games, laundry, and much more. Apartment maintenance is outstanding as is pest control should it ever be necessary (team is prompt to deal with any pest control concerns). It's an outstanding place to live with comfortable living and amiable neighbors!! 5 stars! more ...
