Yet, it still gets done on spa day with a full room waiting for their turn. We have some great aides. Latima will do whatever you ask her to, even if it means she has to stay past her shift. T is also very good at making people smile. Our new aide Malika is incredible! She is the only one who helps me with laundry, despite my shoulder injury and doctor's orders. Even though I've been asking for months, the other aides don't want to help. Unfortunately, there are some aides who don't care about the residents. They don't talk to anyone, don't answer requests, and don't provide any help. Calling the building number only gets you a recording saying they're only there for the paycheck. more ... hide ...
