Pet owners do not clean up after their animals. At least for the back apartments where I lived, the apartments are in disrepair and require repairs. Expect inspections every 1 1/2 months and you must abide by strict rules, unless you are a friend of the office ladies. The neighbors are noisy, rude, filled with drama and do not supervise their children (this applies to all the buildings). I observed a female child between 5-8 years old, walking out naked in the front apartments when my children and I were returning from the park. Police officers visit the property several times a week. The office ladies do not do anything unless you are their friend and when I went to pay my rent, I heard them speaking ill of tenants.
