For almost a decade, I have been living in this place and have had work orders for at least five or six years. Although I keep submitting the orders, nothing has been done and the property is now under its third owner. Although I keep submitting the orders, nothing has been done and the property is now under its third owner. This place suffers from bed bug, roach, and mouse infestations, as well as numerous other issues with the building and the apartments. To make matters worse, maintenance personnel only focus on empty apartments, neglecting those that are currently occupied. The single elevator also often fails to work and was out of service for four months in 2021. The situation became especially hard for those on the 2nd and 3rd floors who are either in wheelchairs or have trouble walking or other health conditions, as they remain stuck on these levels unable to go down the stairs. I am hoping to leave this place as soon as possible. I should mention that the apartments are all one-bedroom with different sizes. The only good thing is that it is income-based and you do not have to pay for utilities. But the single maintenance person is overworked and has to handle two buildings. more ... hide ...

I have lived here for nearly 20 years and this place has never been worse They are supposed to be remodeling yet nothing is happening The crime is awful I cant wait to find somewhere else to live
