The housing is awful and the costs are significantly higher than other apartments in the area. Maintenance requests are futile as I had to wait two months to have repairs done on my washer and dryer, which had seized shut and destroyed several garments. Electrical outlets appeared as if they had been set ablaze; the majority were non-functional and breakers were engaged without any voltage. Dogs on leashes is not enforced, resulting in my pup being attacked during a walk. The previous landlord/management company was dreadful, and the new ones are not much better. The hot water heater was leaking, filling the room with rusted water, and it took two weeks to fix. The air unit had water in the filter housing, creating a damp smell and wetness in the apartment; it took two months to address. They lost my lease, which was month-to-month, and when I decided to part ways with this abysmal place, they tried to claim I owed money on a break and an extra two thousand dollars for an annual lease (fortunately, I had my copy and they were not successful). The gym is often shut down before closing time, and most of the equipment is broken, despite reporting it and paying for its use. Do yourself a favor and find a box in an alleyway to live in instead; you will undoubtedly be happier.more ...hide ...
