Anthony \"Tony\" Hines in maintenance is under-staffed. No on premises maintenance or staff except during regular office hours. Today I received a 5-day eviction notice from Davin Lloyd and Anthony Hines demanding $52 for a ceiling fan disguised as rent. I refuse to pay Willow Heights because the rent and pet deposit have been fully paid for August, 2015.
