The security personnel have done a good job of warning people not to linger in front of the building, asking visitors for ID and examining the prohibited list for those who must not enter. They used to contact the leaseholder to inquire if it was alright for people to come up, but they no longer do that, which is an advantage. Cameras are installed both on the interior and exterior of the building. The front of the building, inner entry, staircase, laundry, corridors, mailboxes, elevators, and car park are all free from paper debris and bad odours. The elevators are always clean, odourless, and graffiti-free, and have operational security cameras. The rent is reasonable, and the building is budget, credit, and criminal-friendly, with a two-bedroom being around $750. They do regular pest extermination across the entire building. There is ample parking in the rear, side lot, and on the street. The front of the building is very well-lit. Wow I would have to give this place 12 stars if there was the option Truly Gods people reside here I always feel at home and will definitely visit often

The lease office are very stupid They open your apartment without letting you know you dont even have 100 access to the dumpster they lock the chute and tell you to put trash in your apartment
