The elevators are always broken, strangers come and go as they please, and there's often people sleeping on the couch which is not safe. Though there is supposed to be 24-hour security, I was once chased to my car by a man who had hollered at me; luckily I made it in time. After that incident security began walking me to my car when it was dark outside. In most buildings visitors must present ID before entering an apartment; however here anyone can come in as they please due to broken doors or people following others into the building after they're buzzed in. I'm treated with animosity because of my disability status (which isn't physical) and Jewish background; this makes it difficult for me to move since I still need to pay rent, light bills, etc., while saving money for relocation expenses. It's embarrassing having company over due to how rundown everything looks/smells so I wouldn't ever recommend this building - not even to my worst enemy! more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
