Edit Rental Inquiry I�m looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment for me and my 2 yo daughter. I really want a 2 bedroom but if I can�t get that I�ll be satisfied with a 1. I need this very badly. I�ve been in an abusive relationship with my baby�s dad and he knows my address and I�ve been getting threats from his girlfriend that�s been bothering me for months and they know where I live and I want to move asap to a new location and city. I work in Marshall but I live in Waskom. If you have anything available for me and my child please let me know.

MORE AFFORABLE APARTMENTS MARSHALL , TX 75670

	BELAIRE MANOR OF MARSHALL (1.2/5) (903) 938 - 7681 1400 JULIE STREET , MARSHALL , TX 75670 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted total apartment units: 150, assisted housing category: subsidized - previously insured, contract term: 120 months, lmsa , below 80% fmr, 1bedroom: $661 Krysten Robinson (2.3/5) This place was there when I had nowhere else to go, I was living in a hotel room with my newborn all while being a first time parent and trying to breastfeed; however that does not excuse the way people are treated here. The apartments are not kept up to code and when you make a request for something to be fixed around your home it is placed on a scrap of paper and no record of the request can ever be found. I went from paying around $25 for rent because at the time I was not working, to paying $443 each month for my rent expense. There was no verification process to increase the rent other than the apartment manager adding up my 3 most recent (at the the time) paystubs and telling me how much it would be. I recently moved out of this location thanks to Gods beautiful mercy. Before moving out I decided to bomb the apartment, after all I didnt want anything coming with me and what was left behind at the end of the 4 hours (to bomb) and 20 minutes to vent the home was a sea of dead and or dying (depending on the size) roaches in the home. For 1year and 2 months I endured mold under my kitchen sink, rat holes that were never plugged up in my kitchen, constant fly problem because of the dumpster being overflowed with trash, or because of the trash men leaving trash all over the ground until maintenance arrived to clean it up, constantly having to buy roach spray even though I was told by management they spray regularly, chipped paint which was a real concern for me because my son was learning to crawl on these floors and is now walking which means he may be curious of anything, and several other things that I believe are below the requirements for public housing projects. In no way am I bashing the bricks but the way people are forced to live just because they cant afford to leave and do better for themselves is absolutely ridiculous. I have several photos of what the apartment looked like right after the bombing took place and they arent pretty but I decided to keep them just Incase. If you have another option please I beg you for yourself and your sanity DO NOT MOVE THERE more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
