If something needs to be fixed, it takes forever. Instead of purchasing new appliances, they prefer to try and repair the old ones. The place is infested with cockroaches and the fumigation is inadequate. The gym is never open and when it rains, the apartments receive flooding and the ceiling starts to leak. The manager, Rosalinda, is rude and does whatever she wants, disregarding the needs of the residents. She sends out false violation notices with no evidence and then avoids responding to voicemails about the accusation. She even gives people 24 hours to evacuate the apartment and find somewhere else to live. She does not consider the impact she has on people who are only trying to make a living.
