We also have a Tai Chi instructor, Thim, and she is the best; she teaches a class on Mondays and Fridays from 3:30 - 4:30, and I can say these classes have been life-changing for me. For those that like to work out, we have a 24-hour gym, and one of my favorite things to do here at the Village is swimming in our pool!
