I have been trying to get ahold of someone at the office for the past month but with no success - their phones are never answered and nobody is ever present. Whenever I arrive, there is someone different working and they seem to be unaware of what is occurring. People have been congregating outside the leasing office, waiting for the manager to arrive, with promises of being back at a certain time but they come back two or three hours later. A tenant recently moved in, needing her oven to be fixed, and was unable to obtain contact with the office to hand in her checklist - this was at the start of the month and it has been three weeks since. The person helping out is very impolite and unprofessional; not even an apology for the long wait, despite seeing the line of people standing outside. I could go on, but due to this experience I'm not recommending these apartments to anyone - not even after I had yet to sign the lease. This was a huge warning sign, so I asked for my deposit back and began searching for another place to live. My advice to you is to call and see if someone answers or go to the office and observe if they have a consistent staff to assist you. I wish you luck! more ... hide ...

They first Ladies that was there were nice and worked with you but Amy whos in charge now is not very friendly several occasion shes rude to people that live there when they inquire about things we should have been notified of we dont get till last They first Ladies that was there were nice and worked with you but Amy whos in charge now is not very friendly several occasion shes rude to people that live there when they inquire about things we should have been notified of we dont get till last minute or not at allnThe neighbors are what makes the complex The kids are plenty but not out of control for the most part just kids with not a lot of play area or sidewalks in the complexnHowever there were a few burglaries that the complex wasnt even told from management but was notified from person to person And the police take for ever to get herenThat was mainly due to the gates that stayed open for months till they were fixed in NovembernThe hardwood floors they advertise are not hardword at all The rent can be a little expensive at market value And make sure you know what bracket you fall in before hand for I was told one price but told another when it was to late to look else werennMost places do not delivery here and insurance will rise living here more ... hide ...
