I'm certain the office had her license plate number and knew it was hers, yet they still towed it. When I called the office, they were unwilling to help in any way. Thankfully, the towing company was understanding and gave us a break. Sand Creek Apartments could have easily taken 5 minutes to comprehend the situation and be a bit more compassionate. We are in the middle of a global pandemic, yet they chose to tow a woman's car who pays her rent and should be allowed to park in the lot without fear of being towed. Moreover, let's not forget that some of the people who reside in these apartments have disabilities, including my mother. The decision-making of Sand Creek lacked any empathy or compassion.
