Told another resident about how her father is a successful pot smoker so that there is nothing wrong with smoking in the apartments. Prospera ought to be a shamed defending this woman. You lost so many people and maintenance in Guild Park. When I spoke with Breanna she said it was a glitch. I am aware that HUD/SAHA will resolve the issue. I have been a resident in this apartment for six years and have never had any problems with my account until this online stuff began. I have all the records of my payments and copies of everything. Aside from the fact that it took three months to replace the cabinets that were destroyed from the plumbing/flood/freeze, I have been very patient. I try not to complain because there are more residents than maintenance. If Beacon Management can get the resident paid accounts corrected, perhaps things will go back to normal.
