Since I moved here in August, there have been issues of bullying amongst neighbors, thievery, harassment, a broken bath faucet, an inoperable washing machine, a filthy complex, and mold. The most serious concern is that, according to my lawyer and other tenants, the former occupant of my flat was known to cook and sell meth, and even died from an overdose in the apartment. This was not revealed to us when we signed the lease. We have been surveilled and had our cameras taken numerous times, and were even robbed outside my place, resulting in the theft of my truck, phone, wallet, and valuable work materials. Fortunately, the police obtained fingerprints, but I still have not heard anything from Park Place. There are no security cameras because they don't function, so apart from being robbed multiple times, not knowing of the death in our unit, and a dirty complex, we also don't have a working washer to do our laundry.
