Right next to public transport and shopping Owner is friendly and has always been prompt on repairs Usually quiet on weeknights The pool is a big plus Keeps it several degrees cooler in the summer

I have emailed the owner, California commercial investment group incorporated, and had no response so obviously they do not care about their renters.This apartment complex is supposed to be for low income elderly or those with disabilities . My friend has only had a couple complaints about the apartment itself, the complaints are mainly the manager that will not fix things. For instance, my friend stated there was a water leak in one of her bedroom closets that made the carpeting all wet, not only did the manager say that it was her fault but Now she has a bigger hole from when the manager started to fix it but never completed the project. In addition to this my friend has also caught the manager in her apartment while shes been gone, she has come home certain nights and found that things have been moved around her apartment and not where she left them, my friend lives alone she does not have a roommate she does not have anybody that would move anything on her and the only other one with the key is the manager.One weekend my friend went to visit her daughter down in California and when she got back there were dirty dishes in the sink that were not there when she left, and her TV was on which she knows she had shut off before she left the apartment. I know of a couple complaints that have been sent forward and soon as someone figures out who the manager is the complaint disappears, this is wrong you need to get a new manager on this site right away if you want your renters to stay happy because the manager that you have not only invades your renters privacy, but Im pretty sure is also stealing from your renters. My friend knows one woman at this apartment complex that the manager actually made up a story about her in order to a Victor, Ive had the chance to meet this woman and there is no way that she would not have picked up her dogs poop but shes being evicted for this reason.
