This complex is brand new, yet there are a multitude of issues. Mold is especially prevalent; it's been painted over yet reappears. Mold is especially prevalent; it's been painted over yet reappears. My walk-in closet was demolished and rebuilt, but mold still recurs. Even more so, the maintenance person used my vacuum and trashcan to clean up the dry wall mess; additionally, they can't get the owners or warranty to replace carpeting in order to seal the concrete floor which could help reduce moisture leading to mold growth. Other neighbors have had their closets redone as well only for mold to come back moments after moving back in. A strong smell of mold can be detected just by walking into my daughter's room - despite being told that it's gone - because it's inside the walls due to shoddy construction work. The manager is great but owners not so much; rumor has it that they fired their maintenance guy for voicing his opinion on needed improvements and repairs (which are too expensive). As many tenants here are low-income and can't easily move out, I'm looking for an affordable place as I'm concerned about my children's health due to their heart defects (they're frequent patients at Childrens mercy). Do not move here or you'll regret it like many of my neighbors do! I'm currently consulting a lawyer about this situation. more ... hide ...

Tried to get an apartment here but was denied because of a misreported arrest got them the paperwork that showed them i was never convicted of a felony and they still wouldnt approve me oh yeah the arrest was in 1995
