NO STARSnWe still have a little PTSD from living here nearly 3 years ago Ceilings cracking from water damage and falling every species of roach imaginable inhabits the walls the maintenance team was very slow then there was Carol That woman found eve NO STARSnWe still have a little PTSD from living here nearly 3 years ago Ceilings cracking from water damage and falling every species of roach imaginable inhabits the walls the maintenance team was very slow then there was Carol That woman found every occasion to do the OPPOSITE of her job She was unpleasant and incompetent When the ceiling of the master bathroom fell on my pregnant wifes head The entire office staff seemed somewhat remorseful after ignoring multiple service request Everyone EXCEPT CAROL To add a cherry on top of the milkshake that is Carol she charges us for all these damages when we moved out We are now new home owners and everyday we wake up in colds sweats still trapped in Ash Lane apartments DONT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS AND DONT BE FOOLED BY THE EXTRA ROOM You will thank us later PS Dont move across the street either owned by the same people and the same bugs more ... hide ...
