I am happy living in irvington village its nice and homey its not corporate like the last place I lived the food is inot very good but thats to be expected in a facility serving so many people

He came in once a month and laid out just one adhesive trap, showing no concern for the tenants. My mom didn't want to move out as she had been there for a long time and had grown fond of the other tenants. Therefore, I personally laid out 24 traps and caught a lot of mice, and then identified the entry points and reported them. Management put down a trap at the opening I had discovered, but didn't seal it up. I purchased a door guard for my mother's entrance as the door to the apartment hall was too short and didn't reach the carpet. Additionally, I bought sealant and more traps and sealed up the holes, continuing to capture mice until they were all gone. The maintenance staff was very helpful, but they could only do what management allowed, and I don't hold them responsible. Management was the one to blame, allowing the rodent problem to spiral out of control. Furthermore, they were extremely racist, which is horrible, considering the building was named after an African-American woman, Alberta Simmons, who was a pioneer in Oregon for the people of Oregon.
