For two years I lived in the complex, and I was fond of the former property manager. She was stringent, but it kept the occupants happy (as far as I could tell). About a year ago, the management changed and the place changed too. I heard about some d For two years I lived in the complex, and I was fond of the former property manager. She was stringent, but it kept the occupants happy (as far as I could tell). About a year ago, the management changed and the place changed too. I heard about some drug traders being relocated to the property. I had to pass through shady exchanges in the car park to get to and from my flat, which made it hard to communicate with management and corporate. I told them I was going to move, yet they didn't acknowledge me or provide me with any documents on how to move out, so I had to figure it out based on my past experience in a similar complex. Finally, after a full month, I got in touch and scheduled a walk-through/move-out inspection that didn't happen. After a lot of disagreements between me and the property manager, he fixed the situation and took responsibility for his mistakes and the ones of the old property manager. I enjoyed the apartment, the design, and the roominess. If it weren't for the deteriorating security, I would have stayed and renewed my contract. more ... hide ...
