I have resided here for over a year now and feel like a I can give a fair an honest review First the maintenance staff are exceptional I have never lived in a place with such genuinely kind and hard working staff Any issue I have is resolved within a I have resided here for over a year now and feel like a I can give a fair an honest review First the maintenance staff are exceptional I have never lived in a place with such genuinely kind and hard working staff Any issue I have is resolved within a reasonable time frame and it is always a quality job instead of a quick fix Next the rent prices are very fair considering the kitchen and bathrooms have gone through high quality renovations There is security throughout the night and safety is taken seriously The location is very centrally located to the train station river trail and grocery stores The only negative I can think of for this place is the limited natural lighting and light fixtures but that is a personal preference Id recommend my friends to live here more ... hide ...

People often come to the office with unreasonable and unlawful requests and I have seen how rude they can be to the employees, yet they still remain respectful. This building is in an excellent location in the center of the city with a view of the Schuylkill River and River walk. All utilities, including electricity, hot water and air conditioning, are included in the rent, as is parking for owners and visitors. It is very well maintained under Trudy's leadership. If you are a senior or plan to move into a senior housing, this is one of the best buildings in the city. There is also a tenant's council with arranged trips to Sight and Sound, Atlantic City, and various weekly and monthly activities such as crocheting classes, bingo, line dancing, movie nights, a van for grocery shopping, and a Christmas party. As a resident of the building, I take offense to the one-star reviews of people who claim to have been treated so badly, but have only visited this place once (so they say).
