I have lived here for going on 8 years now and it is a marvelous building in the best location of Manhattan Battery Park City

Love my home here Both the building staff and management staff are amazing Any issues which are very rare are fixed very quickly and properly Everything is top notch in this building and I look forward to living here for a long time
