Why are residents expected to pay on time and they are unable to receive timely assistance with maintenance issues This is quite unfortunate and the nonchalant response is definitely unacceptable

I dont even know where to start but I have been living here for a year now in this place is not what I thought it was When I moved here my musthaves was had to have a washer and dryer and my unit and I needed to be on the first floor well since Ive b I dont even know where to start but I have been living here for a year now in this place is not what I thought it was When I moved here my musthaves was had to have a washer and dryer and my unit and I needed to be on the first floor well since Ive been here a year my washer and dryer only has worked two and a half months out of the 12 months I have to live here Their maintenance crew that they had originally abruptly and quit without any notice Now I have to spend money twice a week to go to a laundromat and wash my clothes The property is always dirty full of trash because of the neighborhood children is trashing the area I feel like Im living in the projects right now I do not recommend anyone to move here I do not live rent free I work for a living and I do not like having to come home to a community like this more ... hide ...

This place is horrible we are on section 8 which means we dont pay rent section 8 pays it We have 30 days to get out now Not to mention we havent had any AC in well over 6 months I do NOT RECOMMEND Go anywhere but here
