Primarily, there is an office manager named Grace who is unhinged and will habitually post warnings on your door concerning fi I have lived in many abodes over the years and none of them are as abhorrent as Vienna Woods. Primarily, there is an office manager named Grace who is unhinged and will habitually post warnings on your door concerning fines, eviction, etc. for trivial matters (e.g. patio furniture, lawn not being cut for over a week, etc.). Grace also delights in strolling around the locality and scolding people if she suspects that they are doing something wrong. When you try to converse with her, she always has a hostile demeanor and is not understanding. I am ecstatic that I am leaving this place next month and am taking my $640 a month somewhere else. This place has also degenerated into a large ghetto: children lingering on the road and not moving, drugs being sold in the parks, and maintenance staff with no expertise (they just do the bare minimum to fix things). The worst aspect of this place is that they allow Section 8 and HUD applicants to have priority housing, which means that many of the residents do not even undergo background checks.
