The worst place I have ever lived The management sucks they dont care about the property or residents

They have never answered the phone for me and I have been calling for 2 months during business hours

This is the worst place I have ever lived I did not have heat for two years I told the manager multiple times They replaced the thermostat once the heater still did not work They made zero attempt to fix the problem after that I had a cockroach in This is the worst place I have ever lived I did not have heat for two years I told the manager multiple times They replaced the thermostat once the heater still did not work They made zero attempt to fix the problem after that I had a cockroach infestation that needed to be eradicated My sliding glass door was facing 162nd and was shattered from gunfire and when i called to tell them this they told me it would be at least two days before anyone could even come to board it up I had to essentially hope that the gang members that shot at each other wouldnt see it and come and rob me After leaving the apartment directly after that I was told by new hopeful apartment managers that the old one was giving extremely negative feedback saying i was murdering cats and hiding them in my apartment and to never ever rent to mennI would say that the treatment I was given by that complex and that manager was worse than what i would receive if i had committed a crime and just went to jail for a roof over my headnnPlease do not put yourself through the hell I went through more ... hide ...
