	HORIZON PINES SENIOR APARTMENTS (2.4/5) (702) 565 - 8165 GREEN VALLEY S, HENDERSON , NV 89015 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted Dyl (3.2/5) Management at this place is terrible. When I moved my mother out after COVID, did a walk thru and asked if there will be any fees for ending the lease early we were told no because they already have someone to move in A Management at this place is terrible. When I moved my mother out after COVID, did a walk thru and asked if there will be any fees for ending the lease early we were told no because they already have someone to move in ASAP. To our surprise, my mother was charged a $1000 fee. Fine so we will pay it. The catch is, they have been sending the invoice to the apartment she moved out of after we gave management the keys and forwarding address. Since the mail was being forwarded it took over a month to get to the new address. At that point management sent my moms account to collections. Now we are dealing with collectors that want over $500 more for the account being delinquent. My advice, dont use Navada Hand management and dont stay at Horozon Pines Apt.
