If youre familiar with Nob Hill then you would assume that would be an improvement and on the surface it would seem so. If their social background doesnt meet the the criteria theyre being encouraged to vacate through various methods. lack of necessary repairs , disregarding the current lease agreements left by former management regardless of their length of stay or rental history to name a few. Appearances arent what they seem the rents going up but the problems remain the same. The attempt has been made to clean this apartment complex up in the past the failure most likely cost the investors money.
