I have a couple of hobbies which take up more room than I'm able to provide.We all have patios in front of our apartments - I adore spending time on mine as it's tranquil. Occasionally people will pass by and linger for a while and I find the informal talks to be the best.The pool is always properly maintained. Also, you can take part in activities hosted by Fountain of the Sun and their volunteers. Sun Villa is placed inside a larger 55+ community with a golf course, and various other activities.We feel secure here since we are behind a gate and there's a guard.Take note: there are problems living here - it's not flawless...but do you recognize any complex/HOA where they don't have issues? Sun Villa isn't appropriate for everybody. If parking your vehicle in a covered spot is essential, this isn't the place for you. SV is a central mail delivery area - that means we don't get post on Saturdays. If that's a problem for you, perhaps you should look elsewhere.I'm truly content living here and more ... hide ...
