I applied to this Apartment complex and the office manager, Melanie Schneidau, told me that they had available units for rent. After two weeks of not hearing back from anyone, I contacted Melanie again and she informed me that there were no units ava I applied to this Apartment complex and the office manager, Melanie Schneidau, told me that they had available units for rent. After two weeks of not hearing back from anyone, I contacted Melanie again and she informed me that there were no units available and that I had just paid $90 to be put on a waiting list that I was not informed of during the time of applying. She was very unprofessional, cursing and yelling at me because I believed she had scammed me out of my money. I contacted corporate and left multiple voicemails, but no one has returned my calls. I asked the property Manager to withdraw my application, but I still have not received my money back, even though I was told I would in two weeks. The property manager and corporate are highly unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to rent from them, as they could be scammed out of their money. If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. It is bewildering how the property manager is allowed to act so unprofessionally and rudely due to an error on her part. more ... hide ...
