We had a wasp nest on the inside of the window in the extra room, behind the screen, hence it could not be opened. For fear of one entering his room, we couldn't open the window in our son's bedroom either, as the holes in the screens were never replaced. When we brought up the bee concern in the office, instead of coming up with a solution, we were offered wine and margaritas from the office fridge. After we had already paid for the month and left at the beginning, we were told by neighbors that the office staff had trespassed our unit without notification once we left with the U-Haul. In conclusion, do not invest your resources on a complex that just requires your money, and only cares about new tenants, instead of their current ones. The contests were not bad, yet they were simply a way to divert attention from the office's disorganization.
