I have not received the assistance I was promised twice, and now I am unable to access the application and being denied. I have screenshots and records of my requests for help, all of which were ignored, which was not fair or just. There is no place to complain, so I have taken it to the EEOC in Washington DC. I hope they confirm that I did not receive fair or equitable treatment due to the lack of response to my requests for help.
