I have been living here for three years and within the last year the management has been terrible It takes a long time for the maintenance to come and fix things You call the office and leave several messages and no one returns your calls and recentl I have been living here for three years and within the last year the management has been terrible It takes a long time for the maintenance to come and fix things You call the office and leave several messages and no one returns your calls and recently they have added charges to my rent from February and its the end of April The office hours are 900200 but no one is ever in the office during the office hours Its terrible and very frustrating I wouldnt reccomend anyone to move here more ... hide ...

These reviews just dont do this community justice nor the landlord My experience in the 2 years that I have lived here have been quite pleasant The neighbors mind their own business but the do speak in passing and the landlord is always on it if ther These reviews just dont do this community justice nor the landlord My experience in the 2 years that I have lived here have been quite pleasant The neighbors mind their own business but the do speak in passing and the landlord is always on it if there is a task for maintenance I never had a problem with him Hes actually very nice and easy going I was reluctant not to give 5 stars because the only negative is the fact that a lot of parents dont monitor their children leaving the opportunity for accidents to happen and damage to property which in the end falls on the tenants not the landlordcommunity As far as communication if I call I normally get an answer but the office is open only a few days during the week because Ameen manages other properties Leaving a voicemail or sending an email has always gotten me a timely response Park Place has been a comfortable place to live for my family and I more ... hide ...

The lack of help has my family in deposition due to their current condition which I will keep confidential. None the less the staff along with maintenance has not only deprived my family member of a comfortable stay but reassurance in compassion and maintaining professionalism. We are civil human beings in a small community who would like to remain anonymous for lack of better reason. I shouldnt have to state who it is to get what we as a community deserve. Especially if we pay our hard earned money and believe that were we lay our heads at we are always respected and properly being dealt with in a manner that makes us all feel safe to be in our individual spaces. My concern in all of this is that due to strong minded staff the home my family member resides in will be under subjection due to harsh restrictions or possible eviction because I have spoken out about the treatment on this property as of recently. Im hoping that thru this review , management of this housing property above the housing management will deeply consider who they hire to monitor/manage their properties, down to the maintenance man. The current maintenance man has felt entitled to welcome himself into peoples homes and pry/spread tales of peoples personal endeavors amongst the community. His demeanor and character have deprived the property of his true value.
